Psychological support that feels human, thoughtful and tailored to you.

I offer a warm and collaborative space to explore what is happening beneath the surface, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and create meaningful change. My approach is compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming and tailored to your individual needs.

my approach

Therapy that makes space for both understanding and change.I offer a warm and collaborative space where you can explore what is happening beneath the surface, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and create meaningful change. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all; it is shaped around your experiences, needs, strengths and goals. My approach is compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-informed. I primarily draw from schema therapy, while integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, cognitive behavioural strategies and trauma-informed care.Together, we may explore past experiences, recurring emotional and relational patterns, unmet needs, and the ways you have learned to cope or protect yourself.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing:Anxiety · Depression · Stress and burnout · Emotion regulation difficulties · Self-esteem and identity concerns · ADHD · Autism · Trauma and PTSD · Relationship difficulties · Life transitions and adjustment · Perfectionism · Sports and performance concernsMy aim is to provide a space where you feel understood rather than judged, while supporting you to develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion and more meaningful ways of relating to yourself and others.
